These Terms of Service apply when you use erayastyle.com or buy from us. The website is operated by Eraya Ecommerce, trading as Eraya Style, Ghitorni, New Delhi 110030 ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree that the details you give us are true and complete.

2. Personalised products

  • Our products are made to order using the names, text and photos you submit. We print exactly what you submit, so please check spelling and photo quality before paying.
  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo and text you upload, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order with content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes someone else's rights. If we do, we refund you in full.
  • You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make and deliver your order, and to handle any complaint about it. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep them.

3. Product appearance

We show our products as accurately as we can. Actual colours, finish and size may vary slightly because of screens, lighting and the handmade nature of personalisation. Sizes are listed on each product page.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. Cash on Delivery is available only on selected products.

5. Orders and cancellation

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation from us. Because every product is made for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

These are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Reviews and content you post

If you post a review, photo or comment on our site, it must be honest, about your own experience, and must not be offensive or unlawful. By posting it publicly, you allow us to display it on our website. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Our content

All designs, logos, text, images and videos on this site belong to Eraya Style or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the site for anything unlawful, to place fake or fraudulent orders, to upload harmful code, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first so we can try to resolve any issue. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
